In 2022, Terazo acquired Berlin-based c20y, a cloud contact center integration services leader. This strategic acquisition expanded Terazo’s international presence and deepened its expertise in Twilio’s flagship Flex product.
In November 2024, Terazo was acquired by Zennify, a top Salesforce partner with experience in regulated industries.
