The ambitious goals of the green energy transition cannot be achieved without the right talent. Our portfolio company PowerUs focuses on placing electricians, mechatronics engineers and HVAC technicians with qualified companies. Since 2019, the platform has been recruiting skilled workers via organic and paid channels. Many of these join the PowerUs community through the personal recommendation of others. Today, over 5.000 new users register every month to receive regular notifications and job recommendations via email and WhatsApp.

PowerUs is not a headhunter, temporary employment agency or recruiting agency, but the career platform for qualified tradespeople. Companies use PowerUs to publish their vacancies and actively search for candidates in their region. Our network consists of over 150.000 skilled workers and 1.100 companies throughout Germany and is constantly expanding.

PowerUs is already a success story of the kind we will need even more of in the future for the ongoing energy transition. The company has already helped over 1.100 commercial customers in Germany to hire skilled workers - including big names such as Viessmann, Enpal, Vaillant, Miele and HelloFresh.
Originally coming from the renowned Y-Combinator, the startup has since been backed by internationally relevant VCs such as General Catalyst and HV Capital as well as business angels such as executives from Flixbus, Personio and Viessmann.
