Introduction

First A - now known as GoPuls - is Germany's first instant medicine delivery service. Today, the company, which was taken over by Shop Apotheke in 2022, delivers around 20,000 pharmaceutical and care products directly to the customer's home every day from 8 am to 10 pm. At the heart of the service is a Germany-wide network of associated pharmacies that act as location-based suppliers.

A look at the collaboration

We made significant efforts to design and develop innovative solutions seamlessly integrating with both new and existing ERP systems in pharmacies. This process involved building a robust backend infrastructure alongside creating a visually appealing and user-friendly online store and mobile application.

In addition, GoGroup's GoTeams division developed a powerful delivery engine, enabling First A to swiftly enter the market and revolutionize medication delivery.
