How we built the technology for Germany’s first instant medicine delivery Company
We went to great lengths to create and develop innovative solutions that would fit into the new and existing ERP systems of pharmacies. This involved forming a substantial backend infrastructure, as well as constructing an attractive online store and a mobile application that were both user friendly.Additionally, we designed a powerful delivery engine which enabled GoPuls to move quickly into the market and caused a dramatic transformation in the way medications were delivered. All of our hard work paid off and resulted in an advanced, state of the art delivery operating system.
By the time GoGroup started to support, there was only a rough idea: As quick commerce already had conquered several industries, there was a perceived opportunity of bringing the trend to the delivery of pharmaceuticals – lightweight, expensive goods that are barely perishable. At the starting point, the idea had not been concretely outlined.
We had to find inventive ways to optimize workflow, develop processes that able us to meet stringent compliance requirements, as well as create a product that strikes a balance between functionality and customer experience for an industry that was not used to utilizing technology to facilitate transactions.We are proud to say that our team was able to rise to these challenges and establish a successful platform into this uncharted market.
Since the acquisition of GoPuls by Shop Apotheke in 2022, we have been focused on increasing its growth even further. Our efforts have contributed to the successful launch of GoPuls in 60 cities across Germany, and we will continue to put in the work to ensure that GoPuls can reach even more people.
